1. The main issue I have with this process is the abstract. I am still trying to figure out how to sum up my paper without just repeating myself in my paper. I am wondering if the abstract can be more of a personal reflection on my topic and what I hope readers will get from it. I also wonder if we need to include citations within it or references for it.
2. In a way, I am disappointed that I have not received more comments. The few that I have gotten are great, but without comments, I am not sure if anything I have written has been read much less helpful to my classmates. It is also disappointing because my heart has really been in a few of my blogs and with no comments, it didn’t help me as much as I hoped. I posted them hoping someone could relate or be helped by them because that is what helps me get through things, passing on feelings and hope for better times ahead.
3. Since my classmates and professor are the only people who read my blogs (as far as I know), I do not think I will continue them after this term. Most of us seem to not really care about blogging other than as a grade. I want for my posts to be helpful and if there is no one to read them, there is no point in sharing my thoughts. I will still write, just not post it in a public forum for no one to read.+
